We turn it into a programme: partners get a link or QR code, every customer they send is counted, they earn a fixed amount or a percentage per sale, and you get a monthly report with exactly who to pay. We design it, install it, recruit the partners and run it. You don’t touch anything technical.
How it works

We design the programme
One call. We decide who refers, what they earn and how a sale is counted. You approve a one-page plan.
- Week 2
We install the tracking
A small snippet on your site, or a connection to your shop or booking system. We place a test order to prove it counts.
- Week 3
Partners come on board
We send the first 20 invitations in your name, with the kit ready. Every partner gets their own link and QR code.
- Every month
You get the numbers
A report with sales per partner, what each one has earned, and the amounts to transfer. You pay the partners; we handle everything else.
What it costs
Partners earn only when a tracked sale happens. We earn the same way: a monthly fee for running the programme, plus a share of what it brings in.

Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. We install the tracking, we test it, we keep it running. You get one email a month and a list of who to pay. If you can forward an email, you can run this.
How do partners get paid?
By you, once a month, from the payment list in our report. Most clients pay by bank transfer; some pay in credit or product. Partners only earn on sales we have counted and checked.
What if a partner cheats?
Every sale is checked before it reaches the payment list: self-referrals, duplicate orders and suspicious bursts are flagged and held. You never pay for a sale we don’t trust.
Where does the data go?
The tracking runs on your own domain through LimeliJourney, our own platform. No Google, no Meta, no third-party cookies — a first-party setup designed with privacy in mind.
Can I stop?
Yes, month to month. We close the programme properly: partners are told, open commissions are settled, and the tracking is removed.
How long until the first sale?
The first partners are usually live within three weeks. How fast sales follow depends on how often their customers need you: a hotel sends airport rides every week, a jeweller sends someone with gold a few times a year.
