What is AI automation, and what can it do for a small business?
AI automation uses software — and AI models where they help — to run repetitive work for you: reading and routing emails, generating quotes and reports, updating your CRM, handling bookings. For a small business it means fewer manual hours, fewer mistakes, and work that gets done overnight without anyone touching it.
Which tools do you work with?
Whatever fits your stack, not ours. We build in n8n, Make and Zapier, wire in the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and drop to custom code when a workflow needs it — connecting the tools you already use: your CRM, inbox, calendars, spreadsheets and databases.
How much does an AI automation project cost?
We don’t bill by the hour or sell a package off the shelf. We start with a fixed-scope discovery: we map where your time actually goes and design the automation, then quote a fixed price for the build. You know the number before we start.
How long does it take to build?
Most first automations go live in a few weeks — a focused workflow can be quicker, a full custom product longer. The discovery gives you a firm timeline alongside the quote.
Is our data safe? Where is it hosted?
Yes. We host in the EU, keep data to the minimum an automation needs, and design with GDPR and the EU AI Act in mind. Your data stays in your tools and your region — we don’t pool it anywhere.
Do you work with companies outside Belgium?
Yes. We’re based in Antwerp and work with businesses across Belgium and the EU — remotely, and on-site where it helps.
Do you also build the full product, not just the automation?
Yes. Automation is where we start, but we build full products too, front to back — like LimeliChat and LimeliJourney. If you need the whole thing, we ship the whole thing.
What happens after launch — who maintains it?
It runs — that’s the point. We hand over documentation and can maintain and extend it on a light retainer, or leave you fully in control. You own the code either way.
